About Us

Baltic Pro Box Promotion Group is a boxing management and promotions company based in Stockholm, Sweden and Kampala ,Uganda. It was established to handle various aspects within the business of professional boxing, works as promoters’ managers, matchmakers, agents and consultants majorly in the Baltic region and Africa.
Professional boxing has lots of potential including employing of talented sportsmen and women, promoting the country on the International Avenue and contribution towards the nation’s gross domestic products.
The day today administration is led by Mr. Eddie Bazira currently based in Sweden, whose responsibilities amongst others include international co-ordination and liaison. Others on the team include Mr.Henry Ssesanga the group’s CEO, Mr. George Grey Ssekiwu a distinguished boxing manager, Mr. Bedford Buyungo the group’s Creative Director and Mrs. Anita Kabanda , the group’s operations Manager.
The team together with other professionals in finance and administration has successfully managed several boxing events both locally in Uganda and abroad, the most remarkable shows are “Battle of the Champs” in Stockholm on 18th August, 2007, “Battle of the Champs” in Nakivubo Stadium on 22 December, 2007, “Question of Honor” at Lugogo Indoor stadium in Kampala on 19th December, 2008,
“Battle of Kampala” at Club Obbligato on 26th January, 2011 in Kampala Uganda “Uganda at 50 Boxing Bonaza” in Stockholm. Sweden on 5th October, 2012 and the “The big show” on 17 April , 2016 amongst many others.
Baltic Pro Box Promotions currently manages 25 boxers both in Uganda and abroad.
